At TiLT PROTEIN, we stand behind every box we send. If it's not for you, we'll make it right — no hassle, no hoops.
Our Guarantee
If your first box isn't for you, contact us within 90 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full.
No return required, no questions asked. Opened boxes are covered too. We'd rather you tried them than guessed.
Flavor Swaps
Ordered the wrong flavor?
Contact us at hello@tiltprotein.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll swap it before your box ships, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Original shipping charges ($4.99 Standard / $9.99 Express) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Return Shipping
You never pay return shipping.
Guarantee claims don't require you to send anything back — there's nothing to ship.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is not as described, or is missing items, contact us at hello@tiltprotein.com within 7 days of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders ship fast. Orders placed before 12pm CST ship the same business day.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@tiltprotein.com and we'll do our best to cancel it before it leaves our fulfillment center in Harvard, Illinois.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
